Administration /Ministry Support Worker Women’s Resource Centre

PEARL Life Renewal is a registered charity and Christian ministry that exists to support vulnerable women and girls through support, education, and Jesus’ love, helping them embrace hope and renewal. While we serve women from all backgrounds without discrimination, this is a ministry role and requires alignment with our faith and mission.

Position Details:

  • Type: Part-time, Tuesday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wage: $22–24/hour, plus benefits
  • Reports to: Operations Director / Program Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust-based, Christ-centred relationships with participants
  • Lead workshops and facilitate group learning
  • Support access to resources, education, and life skills
  • Assist with intake, orientation, and case management
  • Maintain clear, healthy boundaries and model faith in practice
  • Participate in daily staff devotions and prayer
  • Contribute to a unified, encouraging team culture
  • Ability to design brochures, create newsletters, social media content, website, file maintenance.

  • Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners
  • Actively build up colleagues, supporting one another in mission and ministry
  • Attend training, events, and staff meetings
  • Demonstrate humility, accountability, and emotional steadiness
  • Engage in ongoing personal and spiritual growth

Qualifications & Skills

  • Mature, active Christian faith with a desire to serve in ministry
  • Over age 21, mission-minded, with pastoral references
  • Strong relational skills, consistent boundary-setting, and workshop facilitation
  • Experience or comfort with addiction, trauma, or complex mental health
  • Excellent administration skills; familiarity with WordPress, Sage, Canva, Tithely, MS Office preferred
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to obtain driver’s abstract
  • Cleared criminal records check
